Aromatic. white daisy-like flowers, of the chamomile plant are loaded with antioxidants, and flowers can be dried and made into tea to aid with sleep, help GI upset, and improve heart health, among other benefits. The German chamomile plant is an annual, but it self-seeds so easily, one might think it is a perennial.
